Te Kaihau  is a New Zealand consultancy that grows leaders to innovate for a better world. Our projects include the Global Enterprise Experience, the GEE Leader Coach programme, and PeerUp facilitated support groups to foster innovation. 

Victoria University of Wellington has hosted the Global Enterprise Experience for 19 years.   Victoria is the principal university in New Zealand's characterful capital city, Wellington. The city was recently ranked by Lonely Planet as the "world's coolest capital city".  Students participating in the Global Enterprise Experience come from across all of the faculties. Some are studying cross cultural communications as part of marketing and international business, some are studying the management of innovation, some are in the WellingtonPlus programme that recognizes volunteer effort and leadership, and some are members of the Wellington International Leadership Programme.  Students are eligible to win the Victoria University of Wellington Champion Individual Award.

The Otago Business School is one of a select group of 87 business schools worldwide to hold dual EQUIS and US-based AACSB accreditation status.  This ensures its qualifications are globally portable and truly recognised around the world, and gives students confidence in choosing to study at Otago. The School’s undergraduate, postgraduate and executive education strengths lie in research lead teaching across a comprehensive range of business disciplines including Accountancy, Business Administration, Economics, Entrepreneurship, Finance, Hospitality, Information Science, International Business, Management, Marketing and Tourism - all of which contribute to the School’s national and international reputation.

Peace must be built upon the intellectual and moral solidarity of humanity. The New Zealand National Commission for UNESCO has supported the Global Enterprise Experience to foster cross-cultural dialogue and leadership in New Zealand and globally.
